An Effective Design and Implementation of Hybrid MPP Tracking Scheme Based on Linear Tangents & Neville Interpolation (LT-NI) Technique for Photovoltaic (PV) System

Solar power is free from environmental pollution and also offers economic benefits to the investors. In order optimize at most solar power, tracking schemes are employed traditional family of perturbation suffer slow response, due specific step size disruption oscillations around operating point. Therefore, this paper proposes an effective design implementation a hybrid Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) scheme based on Linear Tangents - Neville Interpolation (LT-NI) techniques. Two tangents drawn P-V characteristics 75% 90% open circuit voltage (V OC ).The chosen two intersect gives rise third (N) continuation, three points (0.75V , N & 0.9V ) computed using Interpolation. The performance proposed LT-NI compared with Perturb Observe (P&O;) advanced Divide Conquer (DC) algorithms.
